The coverage extends to those eligible employees that <br /> voted"yes" in the divided vote referendum held October 1, 2019. The Social Security <br /> Administration(SSA) has accepted and approved the related Modification to the state's Section <br /> 218 Agreement. Please find enclosed: <br /> 1. A copy of the fully executed agreement between DRS and the City of Everett. <br /> 2. A copy of Modification No. 1001, fully executed by the SSA.
