The <br /> attached easement provides for the PUD to operate and maintain the electrical facilities. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Easement Agreement with Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County <br /> for electrical distribution facilities at Lift Station#24. <br /> 137 <br />
