Responses were received as shown on the attached bid summary. Staff is recommending awarding a <br /> primary contract to Cemex Construction Materials and secondary and alternate contracts to the remaining <br /> bidders. Awarding multiple contracts allows Public Works to utilize different quarries based on location of <br /> projects.
