There is a non- <br /> supplantation requirement and no local match is required. The Intergovernmental Agreement with the <br /> Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission establishes the framework between the Commission <br /> and the EPD for accomplishing the patrols,classes and special emphasis enforcement.
