EVERETT POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICY MANUAL 5 <br /> Female Employees -a similar class of apparel for women as outlined for men above will be <br /> appropriate. <br /> The Chief of Police may allow for more casual attire at designated times. The casual attire would <br /> include casual slacks and a collared shirt without a tie. <br /> The wearing of utility clothing, e.g.T-shirts, sweatshirts, flannel shirts, Levi's,tennis shoes,etc., <br /> for special assignments and extraordinary situations will be at the discretion of the Division <br /> Captain. <br /> All non-uniformed Officers will be reimbursed up to 60%of the current clothing allowance for <br /> the first 6 calendar months of the year and the balance for the last 6 calendar months. The total <br /> amount of clothing allowance is prorated as determined by the length of the plain-clothes <br /> assignment each calendar year.
