16 <br /> After Recording Return to: <br /> City of Mountlake Terrace <br /> 6100 219th Street SW, Suite 200 <br /> Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043-0072 <br /> Amendment No. 1 <br /> To Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Inter-Jurisdictional Coordination <br /> Relating to Affordable Housing Within Snohomish County <br /> THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 to that certain Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for <br /> Inter-Jurisdictional Coordination Relating to Affordable Housing Within Snohomish <br /> County effective November 5, 2013 (the "Agreement") is made by and among the cities <br /> of Edmonds, Everett, Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, <br /> Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, and Snohomish, and the town of Woodway, all of which <br /> are municipal corporations organized under the laws of the State of Washington; the <br /> Housing Authority of Snohomish County, a public housing authority organized under Ch. <br /> 35.82 RCW; and Snohomish County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington <br /> (herein each referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties"). This <br /> • Amendment No. 1 shall be effective as of July 1, 2014. <br /> WHEREAS, the city of Arlington, a municipal corporation organized under the <br /> laws of the State of Washington, wishes to sign onto the Agreement and be bound by all <br /> of the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties wish to add the city of Arlington as a Party to the <br /> Agreement; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1.
