As stated <br /> in the SEPA decision issued earlier, the building permit submittal must inciude <br /> a detailed landscape plan which shows ihe following: <br /> a. Interior lo the parking lot, a minimum of one tree for every eight parking spaces <br /> must be pianted. No parking space shall be further than 50 feet irom an interior <br /> parking lot landscape isiand. <br /> b. Street frontage landscaping must have a minimum width of 10 feet, plantec to <br /> Type III standards, except thal street trees shail be spaced to be 20' on-center <br /> to meet thE intent of Gateway Corridor policies. <br /> c. Along the north and south preperty lines, five feet of Type III landscaping shall <br /> be provided, except no landscaping is required along the driveway shared wiih <br /> the abutting property to the north. <br /> d. Along the easterly properly lines abuiting the R-1 zone, a minimum of ten feet <br /> Type II or fifteen feet Type III landscaping shall be provided. <br /> further, the submittal needs to provide parking ca;culations on the building permit plan <br /> set. The minimum nu���ber of parking spaces required is 3 spaces plus two spaces for <br /> every bay. Each bay may be counted as a parking space. For office space, one parking <br /> space is required for every 400 s.f. <br /> Please submit three sets of the landscape plans and revised site plan with parking <br /> calculations.
