January 22, 2020 <br /> RESOLUTION — PROHIBITED AREAS <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7471 establishing prohibited areas regarding court orders <br /> in prostitution related criminal cases. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Bader <br /> who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> GRANT AWARDS—2020 CULTURAL ARTS CAPITAL& PROGRAMMING GRANT <br /> AWARDS <br /> Council Member Tuohy stated that she is currently employed by an organization <br /> that is on the recommended list for grant awards, and although she has a fixed <br /> salary that is unaffected by this award, she recused herself from any discussion or <br /> action related to this item. <br /> Council Member Tuohy left the council chambers at 1:03 p.m. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, <br /> to concur with the recommendation of the Cultural Arts Commission and <br /> approve the 2020 Cultural Arts Capital & Programming Grant Awards as <br /> designated, in an amount not to exceed $40,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Bader <br /> who was excused and Council Member Tuohy who was recused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Tuohy returned to the Council Chambers at 1:06 p.m. <br /> 14 <br />
