(1) CB 1405-20 — 1st Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to the Business Improvement Area (BIA) extending the term of the existing BIA and special assessment levy for three additional years and amending Ordinance No. 2842-05 as amended (3rd and final reading and public hearing 6-4-14) (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign Easement exchange between Everett and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources to facilitate forestry and watershed management (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign two reciprocal Road Use Permits with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources to facilitate hauling of timber CONSENT ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,459,327.45 for the period ending May 9, 2014 (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,491,389.27 for the period of May 3, 2014 through May 9, 2014 (6) Authorize the closure of Lenora Street east of South 1st Avenue to the city limits of Everett on October 26, 2014, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., for a Half Marathon and 10K run sponsored by the Snohomish Running Company ACTION ITEMS: (7) Authorize the Mayor on behalf of City of Everett Community Development Entity, LLC and its subsidiaries to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to close the loan with Everett Hospitality Company, LLC AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE
