<br /> Conveyances.
<br /> A. To State. Exchanger hereby grants and conveys, to State, its successors and
<br /> assigns, a permanent, non-exclusive easement over parcels of land in
<br /> Snohomish County legally described as set forth in Exhibit A, said easement to
<br /> be 60 feet in width running 30 feet on each side of a center line of an existing
<br /> road or road to be constructed located approximately as shown on Exhibit B
<br /> and described on Exhibit B-1 (hereafter individually or collectively referred to
<br /> as "Easement Area" or"Road").
<br /> B. To Exchanger. State hereby grants and conveys, to Exchanger, its successors
<br /> and assigns, a permanent,non-exclusive easement over parcels of land in
<br /> Snohomish County legally described as set forth in Exhibit A, said easement to
<br /> be 60 feet in width running 30 feet on each side of a center line of an existing
<br /> road located approximately as shown on Exhibit B and described on Exhibit B-
<br /> 2 (hereafter individually or collectively referred to as `Basement Area"or
<br /> "Road").
<br /> Relinquishments. On January 7, 1992, Exchanger granted to State, a pemuanent easement
<br /> over and across the N1/2 SW1/4;W1/2 SE1/4 Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 7 East,
<br /> W.M., Snohomish County, which was recorded in the records of Snohomish County,
<br /> Washington on 1/16/1992 under Auditor's File No. 9201160106,hereafter"First Easement".
<br /> On October 17, 2000, Trillium Corporation, granted Eldon and Sandra Bowen,predecessor in
<br /> interest to State, a non exclusive easement over and across portions Section 25, Township 29
<br /> • North, Range 7 East, W.M., Snohomish County,the exact location of said easement is not
<br /> disclosed of record,which was recorded in the records of Snohomish County, Washington on
<br /> 11/7/2000 under Auditor's File Number 200011070241, said easement was modified and re-
<br /> recorded in the records of Snohomish County, Washington on 12/18/2000 under Auditor's
<br /> File Number 200012180740,hereafter"Second Easement".
<br /> The State hereby relinquishes and quitclaims all rights and interest in and to the First and
<br /> Second Easement, and the parties thereto shall have no further obligations to each other under
<br /> such-easement, other than obligations that by their terms survive the termination of such
<br /> easements.
<br /> Purpose. The easements are conveyed to provide ingress and egress to and from lands owned
<br /> or hereafter acquired by each party for resource management and administrative activities,
<br /> including,but not limited to:
<br /> • Hauling timber products, valuable materials such as sand, gravel, stone and minerals,
<br /> special forest products such as tree boughs and brush,
<br /> • Performing management activities associated with forestlands, such as reforestation,
<br /> routine ongoing inventory and stocking control,
<br /> • Leasing and managing communication, grazing and agricultural sites,and
