155 <br /> ARTICLE 4 - UNION SECURITY <br /> All employees covered by this Agreement shall within thirty-one (31) days after employment with <br /> the City or thirty-one (31) days after the signing of this Agreement, whichever is first, be or <br /> become members of the Union, and shall thereafter tender dues and initiation fees uniformly <br /> required as a condition of membership. Such employees who, through the right of non- <br /> association, based on bona fide religious tenets or teachings of a church or religious body of <br /> which such employee is a member, shall comply with RCW 41.56.122 and RCW 41.56.110, <br /> Section 2, Paragraph 1.
