15 <br /> ARTICLE 18 - COURT TIME <br /> The City shall grant leave with pay to any member of the bargaining unit for the period of time <br /> such member is to appear before a court, judge, justice, magistrate, or coroner as a plaintiff, <br /> defendant, or witness due to the performance of his/her duties as an employee.
