I. 5 <br /> ARTICLE 29 - DISCIPLINE AND DISCHARGE <br /> The City is committed to the principle of just cause for discipline, including discharge. Discipline <br /> will be appealable to the Everett Civil Service Commission to the extent provided for by the <br /> Commission's rules and regulations.
