15 <br /> ARTICLE 3-7-39 - DURATION <br /> This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of January 292012, and shall remain in <br /> full force and effect through the last day of December, 20142014. <br /> With respect to articles of this Agreement, any such article may be opened for negotiations if <br /> mutually agreed by both parties. If agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days, said article <br /> shall remain in full force as originally written. <br /> The parties recognize that Ch. 41.56 RCW may impose additional bargaining obligations during <br /> the term of this Agreement.
