JULY 23, 2014 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: July 16, 2014 Mayor's Comments Council Comments/Liaison Reports City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS: (1) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,044,215.89 for the period of July 5, 2014 through July 11, 2014. (2) Authorize the closure of Hoyt Avenue, Hewitt to Everett Avenue, for a 3rd Annual Everett Craft Beer Festival on August 16, 2014, 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., sponsored by Experience Everett and the Washington Beer Commission. (3) Authorize the closure of Norton Avenue, 35th to 36th Street, for an Annual Block Party on August 2, 2014, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., sponsored by Norton Block Watch. (4) Accept the Citywide Guardrail Improvements as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the certificate of completion. ACTION ITEMS: (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professionals Services Agreement with Erik Utter and Associates for Everett TV Broadcast Equipment Replacement at no additional cost to the city. (6) Approve purchase of Workforce Integration Manager V7 software and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professionals Services Agreement with Kronos Incorporated in the total amount of $38,516.46 including Washington State Sales Tax.
