IPMC section 108.1.1 <br /> First responders,visitors and occupants rely on these stairways for access and egress to the upper apartments. <br /> Repair or replacement of the stairways is past due. <br /> I request your urgent attention to this matter for abatement of this condition. <br /> It is my position that the stairways serving the apartments be repaired or replaced immediately,or the stairways <br /> secured from use and the upper apartments vacated. <br /> Sincerely <br /> Ted M. de Budden <br /> Chief Inspector <br /> Everett Building Department <br /> 425.257 7271 <br /> 1 <br />
