l The Wet Chemieal System ���� <br />C-1 � <br />Mechanical Gas Valve <br />Meehenieal Gas Valve <br />The Listed vaive has a spring, normally urging it into the <br />closed position, and a control stem with which the valve may <br />be held open against the Tdree of the spring. <br />Ony mechanical gas vaNes that are specifically UL listed <br />and supplied by FFPS may be used with the Range Guard <br />system. ' <br />Mechanical gaz valves must be aperated using either a <br />pneumatic rei�ase or directly off the discharge lever on ffie <br />mechanical control box. There is no other method for elosing <br />mechanical gas vaNes.
