H. CONSTRUCTION` DOC[MENTS <br />Three (3) complete sets with site plans <br />Minimum scale; 1/8"=1'-0" <br />__tL' A. Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building <br />showing all exit doors, stairs, corridoes, etc,), <br />B. Building section with vertical dimensions indicating, location of <br />tenant improvement, other tenants and building construction, <br />C. Wall 'sections indicating proposed construction and assambly <br />rating as required for occupancy separation, area separation or <br />building, construction, <br />D. Stair or ramp plans (1/41I-1'-0" minimum scale) and sections. <br />E, Toilet, room plans (1/4"-1'-0" minimum scale) and interior <br />elevations (indicate call and floor _finishes, fixture dimensions, <br />% handicap accessories (if required) and toilet accessories. <br />F. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating,e <br />latch and sIgnage if required), t YP of lock or <br />C. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of <br />all fixtures, include exterior building mounted lighting if added <br />or revised). <br />H. Energy' calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing <br />buildings must be insulated when the framing cavity is exposed <br />when remodeling. Cavity must be insulated to the maximum depth <br />possible or to the depth indicated by energy calculations). <br />I. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering <br />existing structure or adding new load -bearing structure), <br />_ J. Architects or engineers stamp, (All projects over 4,000 square <br />feet or more than 4 dwelling units require the plans to be <br />prepared by an architect or engineer currently licensed to <br />practice in the State of Washington). <br />K. Copies'of any permits/approvals issued by the Planning Department. <br />L.
