All references refer to the <br />1988 Uniform Building Code and/or Washington State Energy Code unless stated othenvise. <br />I. The plans submitted are incom��lete. The comments that follow are general in nature <br />and may not be complete. <br />An additional plan review response may be reyuired after receipt of completecl plans. <br />�2. All Buildings and additions to buildings over 4,000 square feet require the plans and <br />specifications to be prepared by an azchitect currently licer.sed to practice in the State <br />of Washington. Prov�de architects seal on each sheet of dnwings. <br />�3. Roof coverings are required to be C1ass C, Table No. 32-A. Details or specifications <br />complying with Section 3204 are required. <br />�4. Attic ventilation shall be provided with a net azea of 5.6 square feeL Section 3205(c) <br />�/ 5. Roofing drainage shall not flow over public property. Section 3207(e). <br />� 6. Overflow drains having the same size as roof drains and on independent drain lines <br />are requirecl. In lieu of this, overflow scuppers three times the size of roof drains can <br />be instailed in parapet walls. The overFlow drain system is required to have inlets <br />located 2 inches above the low poin[ of the roof. Section 3207(c). <br />V 7. Roof systems must be sloped a minimum of 1/4 inch in 12 inches for drainage. <br />Section 2305(�. <br />�/ 8. Roof covering application must comply with Section 3208. <br />r� 9.
