<br />AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of tlie foliowing descriUed
<br />street and allep in the City of Everett, County of Snohomisi�, State of
<br />Washington, to-wit: ,
<br />Rainier Drtve from the south line of iot 22, Block 6, Severly Hi.11s
<br />Division N�. 2, north to the south line of Lake Street,
<br />and declaring nn emergency Co exist.
<br />Wi�REAS,'the owners of more than two-Chird.^, of the privnte property
<br />abutting upon the sCreet and alley above described have t!uly filed their
<br />petitions_with the.City Council of E��e:ett praying for the vacation of said
<br />street and alley, and
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council'of'the City',of Everett did by resolution
<br />dulp adopCed, fix the 24th day of May, 1966, at 19c00 A:t4., oi said day for the
<br />hearing and deeermination of said peeition, and
<br />WHER�AS, due and legal notice of Che t3me and place of said hearing and
<br />the determination of sa±d petition has been given by the City Clerk in tl-�e manner
<br />prescribed by law, and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time and piace fi.:ed for hearing objections to the
<br />vacating of the herein described street and a:ley were heard and discussed,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said petition should
<br />be granted subject to certain reservations and excepeions and said City Council
<br />does hereby determine to vacate the above described street and alley subject to
<br />certain reservations and exceptions.
<br />NOW, TNEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br />Section 1: That the street and alley in tt+� City of Everett, County
<br />oE Snohomish, State of Washington, described as followa, to-wit:

<br />be and the same is hereby vacated subject to the following conditions,

<br />constiuct, operate, maintain, repair, replace and add'thereto, all public utilities,
<br />and to grant the construction, operation, and maintenance of other public utilities,

<br />that no structures of any permanent nature'shalll•b�e constructed over said street

<br />Section 2: That an ea�r9v,ency is hereby declared to exist and this
