The permit has been issued, and it is ready to be picked <br />up from the building department. <br />C'W Because Skotdal Enterprises purchased the building from First Interstate <br />1 Bank, we will not be doing the tenant improvements; consequently, we do not need <br />the permit. <br />This letter serves as authorization for Skotdal Enterprises to pick up and <br />pay for the permit and to use it for their own construction purposes.
