C. Specific Requirements for Sound Salman Solutions <br /> 1. Provide leadership and planning for Science related Day Camp <br /> a) Includes: experiments and fun activities related to Salmon and their habitat. <br /> b) Provide equipment lists and agendas as needed. <br /> c) Provide program evaluation and report after each week. <br /> d) Develop curriculum to instruct outdoor day camp activities. <br /> e) Monitor and evaluate students' progress. <br /> f) Maintain course attendance sheets. <br /> g) Monitors students and activity for safety. <br /> 2. Provide additional certification and documentation as follows: <br /> a) Maintain Parks Department driving requirements <br /> b) Provide certificate of insurance with One Million Dollars Liability for the <br /> duration of the contract <br /> c) Provide notice of insurability for auto insurance <br /> 3.
