Services will be located on <br /> ground floor.The existing site is a 12,197 square foot parcel with an existing single-family home and detached accessory <br /> structure, both of which will be demolished. The new structure will be comprised of residential units over one floor of program <br /> support space. Up to twelve (12)feet in width of right of way improvements are projected along 33rd Street for the length of the a <br /> property. Up to twenty(20) feet in width of improvements are projected along Lombard Avenue. Parking is to be located off-site <br /> on a neighboring lot, serving the adjacent existing Compass Health building at 3315 Lombard Avenue. Ground disturbance will <br /> occur no more than fifteen (15)feet below existing grade along the west side of the site.The development will utilize a <br /> minimum of 8 VASH vouchers with possible addition of future vouchers, if available. Construction cost for the project is <br /> estimated at$26,425,937.00. VASH Voucher funding amount estimated at$105,600.00. Continuum of Care funding estimated <br /> at$736,000.00.
