This situation <br />discovered until constr�ction was well underway anC it was impossible <br />a building. <br />An on-site meeting was held on an undetermined date with <br />representing the contractor, Larry Crawford representing <br />Department, and Sam Preston and Engine Company 6 Captain <br />representing the Fire Department. The plan was approved with the understanding that the fire <br />lane would remain clearly marked and posted as such and maintained. <br />Because of the surface, which is grass, th= lane would not be easily <br />distinguished at night by a fire company responding to a fire. It was, <br />therefore, agreed that when the landscapers became invoived at a later date, <br />we would meet again and determine a method of distinguishing the fire lane <br />from the surrountling grass or landscape not covering the prepared roadbed. <br />
