Box 839 , Granite Falls , WA <br /> 98252, (Applicant) has requested approval of a rezone with a <br /> Concomitant Agreement for property located north of 15th <br /> Street, east of Chestnut and Winter Streets , in the City of <br /> Everett, Washington (hereinafter referred to as subject <br /> property) . The existing zoning of the subject property is C-1 , <br /> General Commercial.
