The <br /> property is located on the northeast corner of 5th Ave. and West Casino Road. The Hearing <br /> Examiner approved a rezone and site plan that would allow the following uses: <br /> 1) Convenience store goods and services; 2) sit down and take out restaurant deli-type hot <br /> and cold food; 3) fresh bakery; 4) ice cream fountain; 5) one gas island with four (4) <br /> pumps; and 5) adequate customer parking.
