FOR APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT <br /> REZONE REZONE 6-88 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The contract rezone from R-3 to B-1 should be granted <br /> subject to the conditions listed. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Craig Investments, Inc. , 7605 - 108th S.E., Renton, Washington, 98055, <br /> (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) has requested approval of a contract <br /> rezone for property located on the northeast corner of 5th Avenue and West <br /> Casino Road, in the City of Everett, Washington. The Applicant seeks a <br /> contract rezone in order to develop the property with a mixed-use convenience <br /> store that will provide the following services: <br /> A. Convenience store goods and services, <br /> B. Sit down and take out restaurant deli-type hot and cold food, <br /> C. Fresh bakery, <br /> D. Ice cream fountain, <br /> E. Gas pumps, and <br /> F. Car wash <br /> A hearing on this request was held before the Everett Hearing Examiner on <br /> January 19, 1989.
