2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br />entitled "Broadway Bridge Replacement Project"' Fund <br />303, Program 089, and repealing Ordinance No. 3178-10 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br />program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received approval for the utilization <br />of Federal funds to design and construct a replacement for the Broadway Bridge; and <br />NOW, T H H;REFORE, TH H; CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 089, entitled <br />"Broadway Bridge Replacement Project" to accumulate all costs for the project and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 3178-10. <br />Section 2: <br />Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br />Program 089, for all expenses of the improvement project. <br />Section 3: <br />Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director", under direction of the Mayor, <br />to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to <br />accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance <br />Section 4: <br />The sum of $13,613,800 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 089, "Broadway Bridge <br />Replacement Project" as follows: <br />A. Estimated Project Costs <br />Design and Right -of -Way <br />Construction <br />$ 2,715,800 <br />10,898,000 <br />Total Estimated Cost $ 13,613,800 <br />B. Source of Funds <br />2 <br />
