foregoing mediation provisions, then each party is then free to pursue any and all available legal <br />remedies, including, without limitation, commencement of judicial proceedings. <br />13.2 Injunctive Relief. In the event that a party is entitled to seek injunctive <br />relief under exigent circumstances based upon a dispute between the parties, it may initiate legal <br />proceedings in Snohomish County Superior Court without exhausting all prior dispute resolution <br />steps set forth in the Dispute Resolution Process. <br />14. Authority & Validity. This Agreement and any document, instrument or <br />agreement required hereunder, will be and are legal, valid and binding agreements and <br />enforceable in accordance with their terms. Each party shall have any and all agreements duly <br />authorized according to required procedure and properly executed. <br />15. Notices.
