This comment has not been completely addressed. The original comment addressed the fire <br /> separate distance to the adjacent building on the north side, and the required construction of the <br /> north wall for fire protection, The following comment shall be address: <br /> a. The Site Plan on Sheet C-1,0 indicates a 9'-7"separation. However, the lot line dimensions of 4/- <br /> 9"equate <br /> -9"equate to a 9'-6"separation. The dimensions should be consistent. <br /> Response: <br /> Dimensions on Sheet C-1.0 have been revised to be consistent. <br /> b. Due to the unknown conditions of the exterior wall construction for the adjacent building, the <br /> adjacent building shall be provided with a 5-foot fire separation distance to the lot line. <br /> Response: <br /> Dimensions on Sheet C-1.0 have been revised to provide the adjacent building with a 5-foot <br /> fire-separation distance to the lot line. <br /> c. An elevation should be provided for the north wall to specify the proposed construction stated in <br /> the response, <br /> Response: <br /> Elevation on the north wall not required to show/find compliance. <br /> d. Section 1/A-3.0 specifies a 20 MIL coating of intumescent paint, The submitted documentation <br /> does not dearly indicate the specified coating provides 2-hour protection for the existing <br /> construction. Additional documentation substantiating the proposed system shall be submitted <br /> for review. <br /> Response: <br /> Intumescent paint will not be required. The lower portion of the north wall will be modified <br /> to the specifications per IBC Table 721.1(2), 15.
