The original comment addressed the interior <br /> ramp at Door D1O2. The following comments shall be addressed: <br /> a. The plans shall specify non slip surfaces for the ramps. <br /> Response: <br /> Note added to Sheet A-1.2 on the ADA ramp specifying the existing "non-slip asphalt roll <br /> roofing faced with granular stone aggregate". <br /> b. It is recommended to include a barrier(e.g.,pipe rail, etc)along the landing edge with the curb <br /> to prevent a tripping hazard on this side. <br /> Response: <br /> Recommendation noted. <br /> Accessibility.- <br /> 6. This comment has not been completely addressed. Accessibility improvements per IEBC Section <br /> 705.2 shall be included in the project. A letter shall be submitted demonstrating that the 20%cost <br /> threshold has been exceeded, or that the space has been made to be 100%accessible. <br /> Response: <br /> The space has been made fully accessible and meets all accessibility requirements. <br /> 7.
