On the drawing Sheet Al, it appears that the space has two exits, but the exit separation <br /> distance between the two exits appears to be less than the minimum required of 1/2 (1/3 <br /> if sprinkler'd) the overall diagonal dimension of the space per IBC 1007.1.1. Please revise <br /> exits as required to meet the required exit separation distance. <br /> 2. At exit doors and adjacent panels on Sheet Al, please indicate on the drawings the glass <br /> to receive safety glazing, as these locations appear to meet requirements for hazardous <br /> locations. IBC 2406.4. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), 2015 <br /> International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 <br /> International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and/or the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted <br /> by the City of Everett.
