Item 1: The tenant will not have more than 30 occupants in the space at any given <br /> time, therefore the maximum occupancy has been set at 49 occupants. This has <br /> been noted sheets CS and Al. <br /> 2. Item 2: A note has been added to sheet A2 for safety glazing at exit doors and <br /> storefront.
