Please find below our list of the work to be completed in response to <br /> meet 20%ADA upgrades for the project. <br /> 1. As shown on A3.00,we are demolishing the existing wall noted with(DN-06)because <br /> it does not meet ADA clearances associated with the existing door.We are installing <br /> a new wall 1'from the door to meet ADA compliance.This will also require new <br /> electrical and switching associated with the demolition of this wall. <br /> Approximate Cost=$1,900(material and labor) <br /> 2. Parking:We will create a new Van Accessible parking stall. This includes restriping <br /> the loading zone, restriping the ADA stall,and installing new signage that calls for van <br /> accessible parking. <br /> Approximate Cost=$650(material and labor) <br /> 3. Common Area Restrooms: In the existing common area restrooms we will be <br /> installing new vertical grab bars, remounting restrooms accessories which are not at <br /> the correct heights, insulating hot water pipes and drains under the sink, replacing the <br /> (4)existing toilets with new ADA pressure assisted toilets, and installing (4)new ADA <br /> lever handle faucets. <br /> Approximate Cost=$5,400(material and labor) <br /> 4. Suite 101 Restroom: The current door into the existing restrooms is not ADA <br /> compliant because it has knob handles.We are providing a new door with an ADA <br /> lever latchset. <br /> Approximate Cost=$800(material and labor) <br /> Since our valuation is a total of$32,000 we need to have$6,400 in ADA upgrades to meet <br /> 20%.
