Your plans have not been approved due to ihe <br />following deficiencies. When ihese items have been corrected, the Disirict will <br />reconsider your appiication tor plan approval. <br />t. A complete finish schedule of expanded area including floors, walls and <br />ceiling is needed. <br />A(ood preparation sink is required if fresh vegetables are prepared as a <br />standard menu item. Sinks used for handwashing or equipmenl or utensil <br />washing shall not be used for tood preparation There shall be no direct <br />connections between the sewerage system and any drains originating from <br />equipment in which food is placed. <br />The interior of the walk-in cooler is classified as "splash zone". The <br />surfaces must be smooth and of an easily cleanable and corrosion resislant <br />material. Paint is not to be used. <br />Ail food service equipment shall meet the requirements of the national <br />Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />5.
