Thc renewal request must <br />reach us by �pril 30 1989. if the work has been completed, you may call for <br />final inspection before April 3p. �1ny corrections required must be <br />completed and final approval obtained before tSat date. Permits that have <br />been n=ither finaled nor extended by April 30 1989 aill eapire.
