The remodel of <br />this facility will include the following: <br />i <br />1) New teller cages and back Counter <br />2) partitions rerrried around the manager's office <br />3) Interior decor work to include carpeting, painting <br />and aesthetics such as paintings, plants, new furniture, <br />etc. <br />As we had discussed, the use of the basement portion of this <br />building will be limited to its current uses and staff levels will <br />not substantially increase at this time. <br />In an effort to relieve the interior lobby traffic, we will <br />be adding another remote drive -up east of the existing remote <br />lane to promte more drive-in traffic. <br />i <br />The intent of this redecoration is to provide this branch <br />with the standard of quality Consistent with Olympic Bank buildings, <br />in lieu of a retodel or new building which is not warranted at <br />this time.
