Dedication <br />requirer..ents for the ultimate Improvement of the 75th Street/Evergreen Way <br />Intersection are as follows: <br />- Five (5) feet of right-of-way along the south side of 75th Street. <br />The right-of-way will provide for east and west travel lanes, left <br />turn lane, and sidewalk. <br />Snutliwest corner radius of 75th Street and Evergreen Way. This <br />dedication would clarify the ownership area that presently contains <br />traffic sicnal improvements. Existing City records indicate public <br />owncrship while your survey records indicate otherwise. <br />The City would also request that First National Bank provide the City with <br />easement rights to resolve the apparent encroachment of the bus stop shelter <br />onto their property. <br />Please return the completed deed after coordination with the property owner <br />and the City will have the document recorded. <br />Do not hesitate to contact us If further clarification would be helpful. <br />Sincerely, <br />LFREL R.
