Please note in our December 4, 1979 letter the statement 'If the plans to remodel this building become a reality, then a second means of egress from the basement area and from the main floor area will be required.' Also, please note the letter from Robert Wilson, dated May 26, 1981, indicating the bank's intent to rectify the problem at the time of remodeling or rebuilding. � N Since the situation in the basement has been in non-compliance since the original construction, and since the need to be brought into compliance has been well known, you are hereby notified to provide a second exit from the basement or to discontinue any use of the basement other than for service of the building. Employee lounges and storage uses are not considered service of the building. Please give this matter your urgent attention.
