January 29, 2020 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — FIRE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING TENANT <br /> IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Botesch, Nash & Hall Architects, P.S. to provide additional <br /> architectural and engineering services for the Fire Administration Building <br /> Tenant Improvements Project in the form substantially provided. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—SMITH ISLAND HABITAT RESTORATION PROJECT <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment No. 4 to the Professional <br /> Services Agreement with ICF Jones and Stokes, Inc. for a one year, no cost, time <br /> extension for the Smith Island Habitat Restoration Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> • Moore and Murphy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL 1912-70 <br /> President Tuohy opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill 1912-70, a <br /> proposed ordinance changing the maximum building heights in the Metro Everett <br /> Subarea Plan, amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3613-18 and amending <br /> maximum building heights in Metro Everett in the Zoning code, amending <br /> Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3615-18. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Bader, to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Moore and Murphy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> 23 <br />
