Exhibit "A" <br /> Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, <br /> Payment, Notices, and Representatives <br /> I. Scope of Service <br /> A. Activities/Project Description <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the Child Care Program Subsidy program in a <br /> manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of <br /> providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The Child Care Program Subsidy will serve 55 Child Care Services by providing child care services <br /> for preschool and school age children starting July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Funds will be <br /> allocated for low and very low income recipients. The program will meet all state licensing <br /> standards and will provide enrichment curriculum, USDA approved snacks, swim lessons where <br /> available, and organized on site activities. Participants must register for the program on a monthly <br /> basis. Full time status is determined based upon the numbers of days each participant attends in <br /> one week. Subsidy for this program will be determined in two ways: 1) participants applying for <br /> financial assistance and meeting the minimum income criteria for their family size and 2); <br /> participants applying for assistance through DSHS and meeting their criteria for state funding. <br /> General Administration <br /> [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> The Everett Family YMCA's licensed childcare program meets all local and state guidelines. The <br /> program is administered by a YMCA professional director who also meets state licensing <br /> guidelines. Reimbursement documentation will be provided via the YMCA's general ledger <br /> distribution. <br />
