Vegetation removal will be minor and consist <br /> of removing invasive plant species such as non-native blackberry. <br /> • The project does not include earthwork, and therefore, does not trigger compensatory flood <br /> mitigation. <br /> • ESA's scope does not include any permit support, preparation of permit packages or other work <br /> related to SEPA,shoreline permitting, mitigation, or other tasks not outlined above. <br /> Cost Estimate <br /> The cost estimate for this work is$7,850,to be billed on a time and materials basis. <br />
