(12) CB 1405-28 — 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance revising the Small Project Impact Fee Ordinance, repealing Ordinance No. 2424-99 and 2505-00, as amended (Chapter 18.36 EMC). (13) CB 1405-29 — 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing a new Fee Schedule for Land Use Applications, Permits, Review Processes, and related services for the Department of Planning and Community Development, and repealing Ordinance No. 1730- 90 and 1985-94, as amended. (14) CB 1405-30 - 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance annexing the property located East of 19th Avenue SE, between 106th Place SE and 108th Street SE, the Holdeman Annexation. (15) CB 1405-31-3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing the Zoning as B-2(B) (Office) amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett for the Holdeman Annexation area. ACTION ITEMS: (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Triangle Associates, Inc. to provide environmental classroom presentations in the Everett water service area in the amount of $170,000. (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Ms. Dana M. Blair to purchase K-9 Officer Zep in the amount of $10.00. (18) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Inter-jurisdictional Coordination relating to Affordable Housing.
