I0 <br /> PUBLISHED: <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> • <br /> EXHIBIT 12 <br /> Traffic Analysis Requirements <br /> The following elements shall be included in the required traffic analysis unless otherwise <br /> determined by the City Traffic Engineer: <br /> 1. The characteristics of the development with respect to the transportation system. <br /> 2. The trip general characteristics of the development by mode. <br /> 3. The projected trip distribution expected for the site and how this trip distribution was <br /> developed. <br /> • <br /> 4. The projected trip assignment for the site by mode for daily and peak hour condition. <br /> 5. The anticipated effects of this incremental increase in trips. <br /> 6. The development of any justification for an appropriate design year. The design year shall <br /> allow for the completion of the total development and reaching its full level of usage. It shall <br /> also allow for the full impact of other proposed developments to be reached. As a minimum <br /> is should allow for at least a five-year horizon. <br /> 7. Other projected trip growth for the study area. <br /> 8. The projected trip assignment for the total anticipated growth in the study area. <br /> 9. The anticipated effect of this total projected increase in trips. <br /> -17- <br /> 62 <br />
