I2 <br /> Section 11: Severability <br /> If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase (i.e., provision) of this ordinance of its application to <br /> any person or circumstance is held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality <br /> of any other provision, and.the remainder of this ordinance, of the application of such provision <br /> to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected. <br /> Section 12: Codification. <br /> This ordinance shall be codified in Chapter 18.36 EMC entitled"Small Project Impact Fee". <br /> Section 13. Savings.. <br /> The enactment of this ordinance shall not affect any case,proceeding,appeal,or other matter currently <br /> pending in any court or in any way modify any right or liability,civil or criminal,which may be in- -. - <br /> existence on the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> Section 14.
