(2) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with.the Gordian Group for Job Order Contracting Services in the estimated amount of $100,000.00. (3) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Pivotal Point LLC for 492 square feet of space at 1130 Rainier Avenue to be used as a police satellite office.
