This Contract is amended to extend the commitment deadline for the HOME funds to June 30, 2020. B. Approved Specific Terms and Conditions, Exhibit A, is superseded with Exhibit A-1, attached. Section I.E.1. in Exhibit A is amended to update the commitment deadline to June 30, 2020. C. Approved Statement of Work, Exhibit B, is superseded with Exhibit B-1, attached. Section III.B. of Exhibit A is amended to update the estimated loan commitment schedule to reflect the extended commitment deadline. 9.
