Permit Application and Coordination <br /> 5.1 Update and Revise Permit Application Supporting Materials: Update and/or revise <br /> permit application supporting materials as requested through review of initial submittals to, <br /> and follow up discussion with,the US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology(Ecology), Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR), <br /> and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife(WDFW) for the North Wetland Complex <br /> only. Submitted documents are as identified above(Permit Preparation and Submittal <br /> Assumptions, Item 2). New/updated documents may include these named documents, or <br /> others as directed by the agencies and approved by the CITY. This task also includes <br /> Section 106 consultation. No additional studies as may be requested by agencies are <br /> anticipated. <br /> Draft submittals for each project will be submitted to the CITY for review, revised by the <br /> Consultant, and resubmitted as a final draft. Additional review/comment cycles may require <br /> revision to scope and fee. CITY personnel will submit final draft to the agencies. <br /> Deliverables: 1) Updated/revised JARPA, including figures. 2) Updated/revised Wetland and <br /> Stream Determination Report. 3) Updated/revised Final BE. <br /> 006. Wetland and Habitat Enhancement <br /> 6.1 Wetland and Habitat Enhancement: Advance design and detailing of wetland and habitat <br /> • enhancement components for the North Wetland Complex only, incorporating information <br /> made available through CITY review and any preliminary permit agency comments, and <br /> hydraulic modeling information provided by other team members. Work elements include <br /> the following tasks: demolition, erosion control, construction access and restoration, <br /> construction phasing and/or stream diversion/dewatering, layout, grading and drainage, <br /> piling removal, planting, and detail design. Each design phase will include a summary of <br /> quantities, cost estimates and drawings developed to the appropriate level of detail. <br /> Deliverables: 1) Technical memoranda as design progresses and decisions are finalized. 2) <br /> 90%Design package and 3) 100%Design Drawings (Bid Package). <br /> 5 <br /> 13 <br />
