ACTION ITEMS: (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Surplus Parts Sales Agreement with Community Transit to allow the purchase of surplus parts, in the amount of $4,914.00, including Washington State Sales tax. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with KDW Sales O'Brien of Seattle, WA to provide engineering consulting services for the Water Filtration Plant in the amount of $60,742.00. (10) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Pivotal Point LLC for 492 square feet of space at 1130 Rainier Avenue to be used as a police satellite office. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with the Gordian Group for Job Order Contracting Services in the estimated amount of $100,000.00. (12) Award contract for Construction of the Water Main Replacement "N" Project to CPC Materials doing business as Smokey Point Concrete in the amount of $1,062,406.59 including Washington State Sales tax. (13) Award the Uneven Cub Timber Sale #124-9 contract and Authorize the Mayor to sign the contract.
