JULY 16, 2014 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: July 9, 2014 Mayor's Comments Council Comments/Liaison Reports City Attorney Citizen Comments COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: (These items come before the City Council serving as a Council Committee of the Whole and are likely to be scheduled at a future meeting.) (1) Everett Streets Initiative. CONSENT ITEMS: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,549,380.17 for the period of June 28, 2014 through July 4, 2014. (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,590,510.93 for the period ending June 28, 2014. ACTION ITEMS: (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement authorizing sharing information relating to tax enforcement and other official purposes with the Washington State Department of Revenue. (5) Adopt Resolution authorizing investment of City of Everett monies in the Local Government Investment Pool. (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology for American Legion Memorial Park Access, Remediation and Restoration. (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Snohomish County Homeland Security Grant Agreement E13- 152 with Snohomish County, Washington State Military Department and U.S. Department of Homeland Security to receive funding for the Emergency Management Operations in the amount of $14,200.00.
